Disclaimer
Seanic is an information tool for planning beach trips on the Irish coast. It is not a safety service and does not replace official guidance from Met Éireann, the Irish Coast Guard, or Water Safety Ireland.
Forecasts shown in Seanic are estimates derived from third-party data sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Activity scores are heuristic — they do not reflect real-time conditions at the shoreline. Never use Seanic to make safety-critical decisions.
Always check on-site signage and flag warnings before entering the water. Never swim alone. In an emergency, dial 112 or 999 and ask for the Coast Guard.
